Sony Manning

Sony is a very good friend of mine. She make very beautiful porcelain work inspired by Australian landscape.  In her recent work, Sony manage to produce work that combine stoneware and porcelain together with an out standing result.

Sony works at home. Her studio is in a separate building from the house and it is almost as big as the house! It has three room The main room in the middle is for her general studio work. To the right is a smaller room for plaster work and to the left is a kiln room. Sony decorate her studio with found furniture from op-shop. Many pieces are very beautiful and i would love to have them in my own home!. Her studio has a lovely atmosphere and home like feeling.
