Stewart Scambler

Stewart  i a woodfire potter.  His work explore notions of his spiritual and emotional response to the Australian Landscape…..specifically a Western Australian Landscape.

Stewart also work together with his wife, Trish producing a range of maiolica domestic ware. They aim to produce work that is inspired by the Mediterranean nature of Fremantle in Western Australia.  His studio is certainly very Mediterranean inspired.

I really like the front courtyard, full of beautiful pots plants.
